When you entrust your entire journey to Saffara, our service extends far beyond making reservations. From itinerary design and visa-support documentation to flight check-in, hotel coordination, special requests and on-trip assistance, we take care of the details that make luxury travel truly seamless. Every detail is handled discreetly and with care.
And this is just the beginning. Here's how we take care of you:
- Create your trip itinerary. This will be a comprehensive itinerary covering proposed flights, accommodation, destination recommendations, routing, and travel advice for your review. No bookings will have been made at this stage.
- Prepare provisional flight and hotel reservations to support your visa application and interview process.
- Once your visa is approved, we shall have a 30-minute Zoom consultation to review and finalize all trip arrangements with you.
- If you give us the go-ahead approval, we shall then make all the necessary reservations for your trip and provide payment instructions together with the booking deadlines. Please note that flight and hotel prices are dynamic, and we cannot guarantee the same pricing beyond the payment deadline provided.
- Monitor your reservations and booking deadlines to ensure that arrangements remain secured pending payment.
- Once payment is received, we shall secure all bookings and provide you with your final travel documents and confirmations.
When you book the entire trip with us:
- We will check in with the hotel reception or concierge to inform them of your arrival.
- Confirm that your room preferences, meal preferences, and any special requests have been noted and arranged where possible.
- Coordinate with your drivers and transfer providers regarding your arrival and departure arrangements where these services have been booked with us.

- Check you in for your departure and return flights (where online check-in is available) and send your e-boarding passes directly to you.
- Input all required airline traveller information on your behalf , including frequent flyer details, emergency contact information, and other airline requirements.
- Create a frequent flyer number for you if you don’t already have one, ensuring that you earn miles on every journey for numerous airline benefits such as upgrades and hotel room upgrades.
- Coordinate with your drivers and transfer providers regarding your arrival and departure arrangements where these services have been booked with us.
- Request your preferred seats on all flights where seat selection is available.
- Notify the airline of any meal preferences, allergies, medical dietary requirements, mobility assistance requirements, or other special requests, and follow up as necessary.
- Monitor any significant flight schedule changes, prior to departure and advise you accordingly.
- Provide Concierge-Level Assistance. We remain on standby throughout your journey to offer swift support for any travel-related needs.
